  • Name is optional, no email needed
  • We don’t ask your browser for location
  • Availability and pricing confirmed in the chat
Add vehicle details — optional

How it works

Three clear steps — and no repair starts before you know the cost and approve it.

  1. Tell us the car problem

Pick what you notice or describe it in your own words. You don’t need to know the service name.

  2. Share your location in Dubai

Choose your area from the list, or send your exact location directly on WhatsApp.

  3. We contact you to coordinate

We confirm availability and any visit or inspection fee, then explain the findings and cost before any work.

Approving a visit does not mean approving any additional repair; every new job needs your approval.

What can be fixed on site?

Some faults can be handled where the car is; others need a workshop and equipment. We tell you honestly after the inspection.

Frequently asked questions

How do I request a technician?

Choose the issue and your area in the request form, then open WhatsApp, send the prepared message and share the car location. You can also call directly.

Can every fault be fixed on site?

No. Many battery, electrical, tyre and maintenance issues can be handled on site depending on the case, but major engine, gearbox and body work may need a workshop.

How is the cost decided?

We confirm any visit or inspection fee before sending a technician. After the inspection we explain the repair and parts cost, and no work starts without your approval.

Do I need to know what is wrong first?

No. Pick the closest description of what you notice, or “Other issue / Not sure what is wrong”. The inspection determines the cause.

Do I need a tow truck?

That becomes clear after the assessment. If the fault can’t be fixed on site we tell you, and transport is agreed separately.

How do I confirm my area is covered?

Mention your area in the request and we confirm coverage and availability with you before any visit.

Car stuck? Send the issue and your car’s location.

Message us on WhatsApp or call directly to confirm availability in your area.
